I don't speak Greek, but one of my jobs here is to make sure the English of translations is gramatically and linguistically correct. After that, I will set a poll to see if others agree with your translation. Just a few suggestions for this one to make the English sound more natural:
Why weren't you ava ilable for a (whole)week, while we met again after about 20 years? JOSEPH, you haven't changed at all.
You still look (as)young and handsome as you were.
