Ik heb aangifte inkomstenbelasting,premie volksverzekeringen en inkomensafhankelijke bijdrage Zorgverzekeringswet 2007 ontvangen.Uit mijn informatie blijkt dat er een ander soort aangiftebiljet is ingediend dan hetgeen aan u is uitgereikt.Hierdoor kan ik uw aangiftebiljet niet voor de datum van 1 juli 2008 behandelen.Er zal een inhoudelijke toetsing moeten plaatsvinden om na te gaan of ik voldoende informatie heb om de ingediende aangifte alsnog in behandeling te nemen.

Mam deklarację podatkową, składkę na ubezpieczenie zdrowotne i kwotę płaconą zależnie od dochodów złożonych za 2007 rok. Z moich informacji wynika, że została złożona inna deklaracja niż ta którą wydano w celu wypełnienia. W związku z tym nie mogę rozliczyć Pana deklaracji przed 1 lipca 2008. W tym celu powinny zostać złożone wyjaśnienia merytoryczne abym miał pełne informacje by zająć się tą deklaracją.

Mam wrażenie, że w trakcie przepisywania wkradły się błędy redakcyjne. W skrócie radzę się skontaktowac z osobą która pismo przysłała i wyjaśnić czy złożono właściwy druk bo z pisma wynika że za 2007 rok złożone inny druk niż urząd przesłał do wypełnienia i stąd to nieporozumienie.

Sure! This is a very official one! Not so easy to translate! Let me know if anything is not clear because explaining me be easier than translating this one...

I have received (your) income tax declaration, declaration of payments for social security and contribution medical insurance tax 2007. From my information it is apparent that a different type of tax declaration form has been submitted than what has been handed out to you. For this reason I can’t process your declaration form before the date of 1 July 2008. A test on the contents will have to occur to verify wether I have sufficient information to still deal with the submitted declaration.
