I have received (your) income tax declaration, declaration of payments for social security and contribution medical insurance tax 2007. From my information it is apparent that a different type of tax declaration form has been submitted than what has been handed out to you. For this reason I can’t process your declaration form before the date of 1 July 2008. A test on the contents will have to occur to verify wether I have sufficient information to still deal with the submitted declaration.
