Razzle
dazzle
snow scene,

my life
so white
so bare
so vast,

and then
your open
door,

my heart
whooshing
toward

your arms,
racing
much
too fast,

too free,
as your eyes

waltzed
slowly
over me,

the cadence
yours,

the tempo
mine,

the music
poured
like
vintage
wine,

the magic
of our moment
so rare,
so good,
so new,

as breathlessly,
I gazed
at you.

Alvoroço
cena
de neve,

minha vida
tão branca
tão exposta,
tão vasta.

e então,
a sua porta
aberta

meu coração
correndo
até ela.

seus braços
apressados
demais

livres demais
como seus olhos

dançaram
sobre mim,
lentamente

a cadência,
sua
o ritmo,
meu

a música
fluiu
como vinho fino

a magia
de nosso momento
tão rara
tão boa,
tão nova.

como sem respiração
contemplei
você.

"Wooshing" é onomatopéico para o som de "woosh".

whoosh = woosh = rush

These are interchangeable, but I've never heard "watzed". Have you?

Yep. But you said it was misspelled.
I have no idea about what "watzed" means.

-Miss Stefani watzed in like a catwalk model.
-I watzed a Winnie-da-Pooh movie, but it was too wong.
one "misspelled" waltzed.

Oi Casper Oi Lilly

Yep, "watzed" is misspelled, I take it is should read "waltzed" as in "Waltzing Matilda" (Australian national anthem )

Waltzed as in Vienna, Strauss (not Levi jeans)

Hope this helps

Thanks Ruth.

Hi Casper,
It was waltzed. I fixed it.
By the way, did you know that your example
"waltzed in"
actually doesn't mean "danced in"?
It means "walked in very confidently, without caring very much about her surroundings or other people's feelings"
You probably know that already, but I just thought you might be interested if you didn't!
And your "watzing Winnie-da-Pooh" example was SO funny!!! ;;
I'll give you English Native Speaker Qualifications for that!!!;;

Oh! You fooled me!
Anyway, it was still really funny!
But no Native Speaker License for you after all! Just a Master Googler License!
