| | hummm...
Que tal:
"trabalhar o conceito de negócio e nÃvel de serviço"? |
| | 14 Septiembre 2008 23:33 |
| | Ela trabalhou no nÃvel de "företagets koncept och service".
Maybe a native can explain how that part -arbeta i företagets koncept och service nivå- can be translated, because now I got confused.

| piasCantidad de envíos: 8114 | This was a bit tricky, but I can try to explain. "Koncept" here probably means "business concept". "servicenivÃ¥" means the extent of service that they can give to their customers.
Meaning for that sentence: she knows how to motivate her staff how to "work within the company’s concept and level (extent) of service."

| | Oh. I thought it was:
#1- she learned to motivate and instruct the staff
#2- she learned also how to deal with this "business" concept and how to "level" the service.

| piasCantidad de envíos: 8114 | Yes I think you got it right, why did you ask when you know?
"arbeta i företagets koncept och service nivå" -->
"work within the companies concept and level of service" (I don’t' understand what you mean by "level the service"?)

| | I have to be 100% sure.
I didn't know how to put that in English.
To make the service get a high level.
I Portuguese (Lilly will understand): a nivelar o atendimento. |

| piasCantidad de envíos: 8114 | But ...I don't think that it's about to make the service get a high level. It's about -she knows how to work in the current level of service. Maybe you shall wait for Lenas reply too, she is good in English |

| | Hehehe, don't be silly, Pia.
Ok. I think Lilly will get it.
I'm going to bed now.

Sweet dreams to you! |

| | That was silly, yeah.
You are good in English too.

| | That if difficult in English...let alone in Spanish!
OK, I've made some edition. Let's see if you all agree.
Rendered into English it would be:
"work within the concept of business and level of service"
in Spanish that "level of service" (nivel de atendimiento) means the maintenance of a determined "quality" in service (to the customers)
How is it now?

Casper is right (--> 15 September 2008 10:21) we can't be 100 sure if it's about what she master or if this is included in the things she learn her staff.
But ...I'm almost sure it's about herself. |
