Min personliga styrka Ã¤r att jag Ã¤r anvsvarsfull, mÃ¥linriktad och har en stor Ã¶verblicksfÃ¶rmÃ¥ga. Jag gillar utmaningen att varje dag Ã¶vertfÃ¤ffa kundernas fÃ¶rvÃ¤ntningar med min kunskap, erfarenhet och mitt glada sÃ¤tt att gÃ¶ra mitt bÃ¤sta och Ã¤ven sporra mina anstÃ¤llda att gÃ¶ra detsamma.

Tengo mucha experiencia de trabajo en el comercio, tanto sea como vendedor o como gerente.
Durante aÃ±os como gerente de tienda he aprendido a motivar a los empleados y enseÃ±arles a trabajar dentro del concepto de negocio y nivel de atendimiento. Los puntos fuertes de mi personalidad son la responsabilidad, el foco en una meta y la visiÃ³n.
Me gusta tener desafÃos todos los dÃas, superar las expectativas de los clientes con mi conocimiento, experiencia y mi manera alegre de hacer lo mejor y estimulo a mis empleados a que hagan lo mismo.

"servicenivÃ¥" means the extent of service that they can give to their customers. Meaning for that sentence: she knows how to motivate her staff how to "work within the companyâ€™s concept and level (extent) of service."
