With the organizations that will be established and the scientific and political publications that will be created both in Turkey and abroad by the intellectuals who have already emigrated from Western Thrace, they must be allowed to realize the propaganda and struggle which was impossible in their region. In bringing this to the forefront, the Turkish-Muslim conflict created by Greek propaganda, must not be allowed to be brought to light.
