Antes de mais nada, agradeÃ§o o envio dos documentos. JÃ¡ tirei a matrÃcula atualizada. TambÃ©m pesquisei o IPTU onde estÃ¡ em aberto o ano de 2006, no valor R$3.025. Consegui uma proposta de um construtor jÃ¡ parceiro de minha agÃªncia a 15 anos que se interessou em comprar desta maneira:

Sinal R$50.000,00
Saldo em 4 parcelas de R$ 25.000,00

Obs. Este valor livre de comissao, seria integral ao senhor., fico no aguardo de um retorno via fone para acertar a venda do lote.
