are you sure about that "were made"?

-- "...which were made or are going to be made" --> past tense is used, but -thinking rationaly- it seems to be present tense, doesn't it? I'm gonna change it as "..which are being made and are going to be made". Is it OK?

-- and for the last sentence, I think it will be better to use "to register" there. Can say put it as "While you are registering", OK?

You were asked to help evaluate the translation concerning the meaning of it. The accuracy of meaning from the original.
The number of corrections which are to be made is something the expert in charge should decide. If the translation is at the poll, it must be because I considered that the corrections were not so many.
You voted against this translation. Do you mean that the meaning is wrong? If so, please explain where the mistakes are so that we can correct them.
