I think it's OK translated, just to be sure:

I think your translation into English is OK. Just a little thing in the line before the last one: I would have left "Thirsty of you. Infinitely (or: Endless) thirsty".
But this is valid only for the English text.
In Italian the word "sete" is correct, because we say literally "to have thirst"
