Hi gigi,

"turn back and don't look infront of you "

This line is weird. What do you mean?
"Turn around and don't look back"?

Depends on the meaning someone will give to the song. One of the meanings could be the one you said.
If the person to whom you say it's not there then it's turn back (home, for example). turn around and turn back can be said the same way in Greek.
The second part, would be something like don't look infront of you (meaning the future) and all the problem you may affront.
But again it can also have your meaning(after the and this expression exists in Greek and would be μην κοιτάς πίσω σου == (literally)don't look back), and we use it the same way

Dear God! That's getting more and more complicated!

The situation seems to me like this:
The guy is leaving and she asks him to turn back (to her) and don't think of (look at) the future (what will come after he leaves). She wants him to stay with her a little longer because she still has something to say and after that he may go.

Did I get that right?

It's stupid I know! I don't know what the "poet" wants to say, it's just a song and we should keep it that way, because in greek we also say don't look back!
It's a famous song..
By the way,the song

Ok, girls, anyway to sound less complicated in English...could that line be:
"Turn back and don't think ahead"?

I wouldn't suggest that, because from the context I don't understand that thing. Probably, the word was chosen in random because it rhymes..
