Note sulla traduzione
There are apparently some errors in the original Turkish, e.g. "Darbhane nâziri" does not exist, nor does "basmuhasebecilik" - I assumed it was supposed to be "baş-".

Are these dates based on "Hegire" calendar?

Using
THIS link, I'm going to find out the years, but it seems to be quite old, because I think we may be close to 1430 and some according to the "hegire" calendar...

wow, I didn't succeed to reckon precisely, but the first year notified would correspond to the early 19th century (1801)...

You're not suggesting I translate the years, are you? Since the Hegira was in 623, I think that's what you're supposed to add, but that still doesn't give you the exact year.

No, I'm not! then, as the "hegire" years are slightly different in numbers of days,it would add to the PTTA to reckon...
If I wanted it to be done, I'd have done it myself, but it would just be motivated by my own personal curiosity, which stopped when I've seen that I had to reckon counting the days of each year since 1169 to nowadays!(we are supposed to be in 1430 and some in the hegire calendar)...
