Well, the meaning or "hint":
"ta på mig själv..."
is not as straight forward as to translate it into: "me masturbar..."; it should rather be translated as: "me toque...". Otherwise it's OK.

If it was translated as "me tocar", as you suggested, it would sound a little bit too far from its real meaning (and silly) for a portuguese speaker.

I tend to agree with figge2001, I think I would just have translated it to something like "touch myself" (probably mostly in the meaning "mexer comigo (mesma)" ) because I think that´s what it means to say --> Brazilian boys DO tend to "mexer com as meninas" in parties hehehe
