Title
I would like to marry you for a timed period
Translation
English

Translated by jaq84
Target language: English

I would like to marry you for a timed period, for that's the legitimate resolution for us.
In this marriage there's an affirmation side, that's for a woman to say "I marry you for a period of such and a dowry of such". There's also an acceptance side, that's for the man to say"I accept the marriage". Hence, the marriage contract is established between the two parties.
Remarks about the translation
You may find the translation a bit longer than the original but I tried to make it as clear and formal as possible.
B.T: though some people tend to marry this way, Such marriage contract isn't valid.

I think we must say " I would like to marry you a temporary marriage instead of "for timed period "

What is a temporal marriage?
I'm not sure that any english person would be familiar with such a term. So having written "timed period" would probably be understandable more than the term "Temporal marriage".

this comment doesn't relate to the translation work.

I am asking about the legitimacy of this so called temporary marriage? to my knowledge this is merely contradicting to the philosophy of marriage in the Arabic culture and legacy, and I haven't heard of such a thing. If you mean something like 'زواج المتعة' (it seems that as it is tempor. one), then this sort of marriage is prohibited, it is an invalid marriage bond

No, it probably isn't 'زواج المتعة'
It is to marry under a time constraint. 2 months, 3 months and so.
it is like setting an expiry date for the marriage!
Which also isn't valid.
