Νο, it doesn't, since ΕΣΣΕΤΑΙ is certainly a verbal form. However I think ΗΜΜΑΡ is probably misspelled. It may rather be ΗΜΑΡ:
ἔσσεται ἦμαρ = erit dies = (a) day will be/come
In this case, ΕΣΣΕΤΑΙ (=ἔσται) is an epic form for the 3rd person future of εἰμί (to be).
