"knowledge in virtual world usage and readiness to represent and present a pattern." This sounds incomplete, could "is needed" be missing at the end?

The point here is: when you translate from Arabic or Hebrew into English - is a bit inconvenience cause mostly they are written slangy, so Iâ€™m trying to do my best to make it sounds as they are asking it to be translated.
