Yes, it conveys the original in general. But I'm slightly confused with "in good terms" - I've not found it in English dictionaries.

To clear the sense I tell that "находить общий язык" literally means "to find a common language", but implies "to communicate in a good manner" (also possible shades of meaning "to deal without problems", "to attain a mutual comprehension". This should be translated to my mind "to get along", "to get on", or "to track" (the last is an "American" variant, as was noted in dictionary, so it seemed to me as more suitable variant).

Does your variant imply the same senses I mentioned?

My variant: willing person (wrong) - responsive employee (right), in good terms (wrong) - on good terms (right), high capacity for work (wrong, because the word combination has a polytechnical meaning) - high ability to work (right).
