אני = I = ANI
רואה = SEE = RO'EH
את = (doesn't exist in English) = ETT
הצפון = THE NORTH = HA'TSAFON

The way I translated it refers to a male speaker.
for a female it would be: ANI RO'AH ETT HATSAFON
(written the same in Hebrew, only pronounced differently)
