This is a "Meaning only" request. It seems it lacks only diacritics and the person who submitted isn't a native speaker of the language.

The rule number #5 is applied when the requester is a native speaker of the source text language. His profile says that he doesn't know Romanian, so how could he know about the original script?
Honestly, I can't read in Romanian and I have no idea where those diacritics should be inserted.
Besides, you posted a message in Romanian.
The requester probably didn't understand anything..

Please don't get me wrong, I know you just want to be helpful and you are being , but posting administrative messages is an exclusive task of an admin. What users can do to help is click the I would like an administrator to check this page button and inform what is going on.

I am actually an expert, and the Romanian admin, Iepurica is missing for a while, so I was asked to follow up the translation requests.
