It should go like this: If you hadnÂ´t existed, I would have died. My life would have been bad. I didnÂ´t have any other friends but then you came you helped me up again and you stay here by my side Thanks to you I got friends real friends who stay [with me] friends like you. Note that the last sentence is not a direct translations, it DOES really say "some like you", as Bhatarsaigh wrote, I just thought it sounded better this way.
