Allah'a emanet ol. |

I hope you'll be very well soon my dear. May God help you. My husband is in the military service too, he has been gone for two months, I hope he'll come back on May 15th. By the way, I am four months pregnant:) I am staying in my dad's house, thankfully everyone is well. I'll say hi to them for you. And you, don't be sad, everything happens as it would happen and there's certainly a good side to events that happen. May God give you contentment. May God take care of you.

Just some suggestions, let me know if you agree:
I hope you'll be* very well my dear. May God help you. My husband is in the military service too, he has been gone for two months, I hope he'll come back? home? on May 15th. By the way, I am four months pregnant I am staying in my dad's house, thankfully everyone is well. I'll say hi to them for you. And you, don't be sad, everything happens as it would happen and there's certainly a good side / advantage to the things / events that happen. May God give you contentment. May God take care of you.
*Does it need to be future tense here? It would sound better in present tense (I hope you are very well). | | | 2011년 1월 31일 21:50 | | | Hello Lein
Thanks a lot for your suggestions, I corrected them. For the first sentence, yes it needs to be future tense if not the meaning will change. We understand that the person who receives this mail/letter is not very well now and the first sentence is like a wish for her. | | | 2011년 2월 1일 13:17 | | | OK, thanks! I have set a poll.
From the English text, it is not so clear the person is not very well now; a way to make that clearer would be to say
I hope you'll be better soon
or
I hope you'll be very well soon
but that may not be what the original says. If one of these works, could you let me know please? Otherwise we'll leave it as it is | | | 2011년 2월 1일 15:59 | | | Hmm, I think the second suggestion will be better. So, you can add " soon" at the end. Thanks again! |
