Why weren't you available for a (whole)week, while we met again after about 20 years? JOSEPH, you haven't changed at all.
You still look (as)young and handsome as you were.
We got old, it doesn't matter, we don't see each other, that's why there are no pictures of me.
I hope you do well with your beautiful kids which they seem to be in your pictures.

Why did you disappear for a whole week, when we met again after about 20 years? J., you haven't changed at all.
You still look young and beautiful (feminine adj.) as you were.
We got old, let's not talk about it (lit. "let it go),we are not fine-looking anymore (lit.we are not to be seen/presentable), that's why there are no pictures of me.
I wish you do well with those beautiful kids in your pictures who seem to be yours (lit. with your beautiful kids that must be the ones in the picture).
