Embora o texto guarde o mesmo sentido geral do original, votei não pelas seguites razões:
"com migo" é uma palavra só, não duas separadas.
"call me" não tem exatamente o sentido de gritar, mas sim de chamar.
"como que sempre falo" poderia ser melhor traduzido por "Como eu sempre digo".

"Com migo" não existe em português é comigo.

Não existe razão para modificar as palavras da segunda frase que deixou de ser uma tradução para uma interpretação, entendo que ficaria mais correto no lugar de "conte sempre com migo para o que der e vier amiga!" seria "Você sempre pode contar comigo para o que der e vier, meu amigo (a)!"
No lugar de "qualquer coisa grita!" a tradução " precisando me liga!" é mais fiel ao texto

The translation is quite right.

The problem here is that the original is very poor portuguese (poortuguese), and everyone is thinking (I don't know why) that it's an english>portuguese translation. And that's why they are voting wrong. It's not the first time it happens.

I think that the "joke" in the qualquer coisa grita! should be there... Like: Scream if you need... or something else grammaticaly correct...

Já aconteceu exatamente o mesmo (pessoas votando errado por conta do texto original em português incorreto) num outro texto do próprio senhor Alfred. E como foi contínuo (eu tive de reiniciar a votação mesmo sem o devido aviso prévio) eu tenho um leve pressentimento de que seja um bug.
