The protests in Greece began because of the killing of a 16-year-old youth by police. The policeman said in his statement that he had no regrets and that the youth had strayed from the correct path. He did not apologize. Because of this, many high school and university students besieged the police stations. They blocked the entrances and exits of some police stations. At other police stations, the events turned into clashes. After this, in support of the protesters in Greece, a demonstration was organized in Spain and incidents arose. Many areas were damaged. Stones were thrown. Police took 9 of the 200 people into custody. In several other areas there were protests.
