أطلب من Ù…Øكمتكم النظر ÙÙŠ معاملتي واخذ قرار Øول الطلب المقدم.أننا وصلنا الى طريق مسدود والÙجوة اصبØت كبيرة بيننا ولغة التÙاهم معدومة ولا استطيع الاستمرار أكثر على هذا الØال.. Øاولت ان اØتوي مشاكلنا الكثيرة لكن للأس٠لم اوÙÙ‚ وانا الان Ù…Øطم Ù†Ùسياواود ان اضع Øد لمعاناتنا لأبدء Øياة جديدة مستقرة وهادئة.. اقدر جيدا صعوبة وتبعات قرارنا الذي ناقشناه طويلا Ùˆ باسÙاضة . لقد قررنا واتÙقنا على ان نقدمه الى Ù…Øكمتم الموقرة للØكم Ùيه.

I request from your court to look into my application and take a decision about the submitted request. We have reached a dead end and the gap between us has grown large and comprehension has become invalid and I cannot go on like this any more. I tried to contain our many problems but alas, I did not succeed and now I am devistated and want to put an end to our suffering, to start a new stable and quiet life... I fully appreciate the difficulty and consequences of our decision, which we have discussed overly and lengthily. We decided to submit it to your honorable court (this can be your honor) to jude in it.
