Esperienza di un anno (tra il 2005 e il 2006) come focal-point impiegato
nell’organizzare il lavoro di tecnici hardware operanti sul territorio Triveneto per
l’assistenza tecnica del cliente Poste Italiane. Durante questa esperienza ho
acquisito una buona autonomia organizzativa e decisionale, ho sviluppato la
capacità di relazionarmi direttamente con il cliente mediante tecniche di base di
project management e migliorato le mie doti di problem solving.
