On the stage of transitional period the most effective legal form is consider the personal economies of peasants. The basic factors of their development is the infrastructural providing and of a particular branch features of the state adjusting. An economy belongs to the commodity personal peasant economy of population, the production of goods in which exceeds volumes, necessary for a consumption in a household, and surplus will be realized as a commodity by different channels at the market out of scopes of household. The personal peasant economy can be considered the form of small enterprise which got distribution on a mud flow.
