When I go somewhere, I feel as if you are beside me...>
When I go everywhere, I am feeling as if you are beside me.

'When I go everywhere' sounds wrong (to my non-native ears). And you cannot say 'I am feeling" when talking about something in general.

I don't agree with you and please don't try to be a teacher.

One should be open to others' ideas, I believe.

I agree with 'I feel' (in general, or, as here, every time I do something).

As for 'somewhere', I am happy to leave this, or if you guys prefer, I could change it to 'everywhere I go' or 'wherever I go'. Let me know what you think best! Thanks

You can change it to anything similar to the translation. Word-for-word translation sounds clumsy to me. Here it is: I go everywhere by feeling as if you are beside me.
