MÃ¤t upp vetemjÃ¶l, strÃ¶socker, salt, jÃ¤st i en degberedare eller vanlig bunke. TillsÃ¤tt rapsolja, Ã¤gg samt ljummen mjÃ¶lk (37 grader). KnÃ¥da degen vÃ¤l. Minst 5 min i maskin â€¦ 10 fÃ¶r hand. LÃ¥t jÃ¤sa ca 1 timme under duk. Baka ut lÃ¤ngder alt. bullar, pensla med uppvispat Ã¤gg och strÃ¶ Ã¶ver pÃ¤rlsocker. LÃ¥t jÃ¤sa ytterligare nÃ¥gon timme. GrÃ¤dda i 225 grader ca 10 minuter, tills bullarna fÃ¥tt en gyllenbrun fÃ¤rg. Ã„T!

Add the rapeseed oil, egg and lukewarm milk (37 degrees). Kneed the dough well. At least 5 minutes in the mixer or 10 by hand. Allow it to rise for about 1 hour under a tea-towel. Form lengths or buns of the dough and paint with the whisked egg and sprinkle the pearl sugar over. Let them rise more for another hour. Bake at 225 degrees for 10 minutes until the buns have a golden brown colour. Then EAT!
给这篇翻译加备注	This recipe misses out the stage for adding the filling. After rolling out the dough you paiont on the combined filling.... roll it up into a spitral and then cut into buns before allowing them to rise further.
