Form lengths or buns of the dough and paint with the whisked egg and sprinkle the pearl sugar over. Let them rise more for another hour. Notas sobre a tradução	This recipe misses out the stage for adding the filling. After rolling out the dough you paiont on the combined filling.... roll it up into a spitral and then cut into buns before allowing them to rise further.
