Strengths as well as weaknesses of the goal have been identified. On the whole, the conclusion is that it satisfies
the criteria of precision, evaluability, approachability, and perhaps also motivity. In actual practice, Vision Zero
has led to a number of implementation measures, such as the construction of roundabouts and safer roadsides.
