Silenthill, I've made some changes.

If you come here because of your job, could you inform us about the place and the hour suitable for you to meet? What does "tariff id document" mean?
Is that the "tariff form"?
actually i m not sure about it. Because in its turkish version, there is the word "tariff no belgesi" There is two option: if the person who wrote "tariff" made a mistake while writing it ( instead of tarif) but if s/he did, the meaning of "tarif no" is recipe id. but i thought it is very meaningless. The other possibilty is that s/he wrote it as this word's english. but anyhow i m not sure:S:S
probably it should be 'tarif no', and has a meaning like 'description number' = description of the patterns they asked for.
so, verbal it says "...do not forget to bring the patterns and your description document number with you..." - asking only the number of this document.
Dear Friends,
This text is for me.
Do you come to Ankara because of your job or to meet up with us? If you come here only to meet us, we will be pleased to host you in Bursa (another city in Turkey).
some parts are missing, indeed!
e.g. the third sentence says:
'If you have some works to do in Ankara, (could you) please inform us about the time and the place you want to meet.'
(my attention wasn't on the whole text before, but to what lilian was asking.)
