This still has no sense, seems to be a text with indiscriminately changed word order. In my opinion, it has to be: "Entsannt zum Schutz der Welt vor der Menschheit, denk nach, bevor Du ihr Urteil fÃ¤llst. Sie gehÃ¶rt nicht Dir, doch ist sie Deine Welt genannt." I made chages in punctuation and some upper cases and I'm not 100% sure of the position of "genannt", it makes sense nowhere else, but it could stay at the beginning if this text starts in the middle of a sentence.
