Some users add to their profile (by mistake) the languages from which they are requesting a translation (I think that's the case), but they don't really know them otherwise why would she request such a simple translation into her mother tongue?

I understand you, but sometimes and in order to speed up the process, we have to use our good sense as administrators despite the information on the users' profiles. You know they are not exactly what they should, in most cases
