manage that on my own
mean?

He can't do it/fix it/or arrange it on his own.

He can't manage his account on his own?
Surely he doesn't expect to be able to manage the whole web site on his own?

He wants to delete the account, but he don't have the tools, since he is not able to get into the web site (maybe lost password...or something, it's not written in the source text)
