Voce é bonito [bonita], né?
Magyaràzat a forditàshoz
Being a colloquial, this phrase could have multiple translations ranging from the very casual (two people chatting over IM) to the formal (blind grand mother asking grandson) and could carry anywhere from none to heavy sexual connotations.
Translation above is neutral.
Note 1: ALL translations in masculine form; femine in [square brackets]
Note 2: "né" = compression of "não é", only compress if the prhase spoken or written in a very casual context.
More casual
= "você é gostoso [gostosa], né?" (more sexual where 'gostoso' = yummy, tasty, good to eat which in Brazilian has loose connotations with intercourse)
= "você é bonitão [bonitona], né?" (really good looking, hot)
= "você é um gato [uma gata], né?" (gato=cat, but it's a very common slang for good looking, more appropriate for IM)
= "você é um pão, né?" (only male, old fashioned slang for cute (bread) that is simultanously tacky and endearing)
