uuumm, yeah you can say that, its like you are my sight, and you know the sight is one of the most treasured thing to humans who have it

the meaning of this is like: i am confused what to write to you, writing to you would not do you good, because you are more important than anything or any words... thats the meaning behind it, when you say:
"im confused what to write to you while you are the most important thing to me"
