Yes, there are some misspellings. This is the famous 'Hymn to St John the Baptist':

Here is a litteral translation:

So that the servants of yours could resound with their very souls (entrails) relaxed the wonders of your deeds, absolve the fault of their soiled lips, O Saint John!
