	Lev van Pelt Idadi ya ujumbe: 313	In this same second sentence, I would write: "the food is great, and the staff is pleasant." ["...on y mange bien et le personnel est..."] Surely, one can still eat well there, and the staff continues to be pleasant... Just my opinion.

	arbrctb Idadi ya ujumbe: 2	Francky; I would have said the "because" was implied in this case, but yes for word-for-word accuracy it could be added. Lev, agreed on your points, except you can't say "the staff is" in English because this word is plural. We could put "the staff are" in this case.
