Does it mean "time hardly lapses"?

But, as is a song, I though that "time is lapsing difficult" would be more..well..I am not sure!
Perhaps, you are right!
I am going to correct it!

I think the translation should be: without your love, time scarcely goes by, without your love, the world seems smaller...

"ΠΙΟ ΜΙΚΡΟΣ" means "smaller", not "too small".

However, I can think of a translation that also rhymes in English:
Without your love, time passes at a slower rate,
without your love, the world is not as great.

Ειναι δίστιχο απο ελληνικό τραγουδι, οποτε πιστευω πως ολα ταιριαζουν!
Δεν ξερω ομως αν θελει ακριβη μεταφραση ή ελευθερη μετάφραση ή απλά το νόημα..
Χρησιμοποίησα τη λέξη "too small" για υπερβολή..

Ermmm doesn't "hardly" mean "very little" "barely enough"?

I'd go for a non poetic translation really. Something like "time passes arduously".
I mean, the way I understand "δύσκολα περνάει ο καιρός" it doesn't mean that time hardly passes/lapses but that every minute is sheer drudgery.
