Confirmation of the introductions and enclosures.
The introductions are integral and substantial part of the present contract. Enclosures are also considered integral and substantial parts. "The Regulation to the Control and Certification" and "the Disciplinary of Production adopted", are both documents that the Operator declares to understand and accepts completely and that with the signature at the foot of the page, the operator certifies having received the version currently in force, and agrees to respect it.
