On creating the buildings, the slightest details were taken into consideration. The houses are designed for the climate of Ukraine with the buildings oriented to the south (habitable spaces have openings in the south side and auxiliary spaces have openings in the north side). The lobby of every building has natural light owing to the atrium in the center. Another feature of the design is the large terraces and balconies that expand the apartments and constitute 1/3 of the total dwelling space. The useful area coefficient is around 87%.
