The first one "Ð¡Ð¿Ð°ÑÐ¸Ð±Ð¾ Ð² ÐºÐ°Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ð½ Ð½Ðµ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÑˆÑŒ" literally means "You cannot put a "thank-you" in your pocket." - with an inner meaning that talk (especially an apology) is cheap and it is nothing tangible. The second one "ÐŸÐ¾ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒÑŽ Ð²ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‚ , Ð¿Ð¾ ÑƒÐ¼Ñƒ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¶Ð°ÑŽÑ‚ÑŒ" means literally - "They meet you according to your clothing and send you off according to your brains" I hope this helps!
