Textul original - Limba latină - Hanc imaginem Assumptionis Beatae Mariae Virginis...

There were made some mistakes in this text by the requester, who probably wasn’t able to decipher this inscription. Before I translate it into Polish, there are needed some changes in the source. I’ve already proofread it , but I would ask Latin expert to check it. These are my few proposals:
"Hanc imaginem Assumplionis Beatae Mariae Virginis a Molitore Dusseldorfensi pictam pio animo dedicavit in memoriam Jubilaei exstraordinarii a Papa Leone XII.?.MDCCCLXXXI indicti Patronus huius ecclesiae Dominus Fridericus Comes de Praschma suis et parochi sumptibus et ex fundatione matris deluuclae
Joannae Comiles sae de Praschma n.Comit.Schaffgotsch,
Falkenbergae die natali Dedicattoris XXm Mai ?MDCCCLXXXII Carolus Illgner Parochus"

I don't know what the word "deluuclae" is (deluctae?), "sae" and "XXm"...???

I'm not sure what to do here. Should that last part (deluuclae Joannae Comiles sae de Praschma n.Comit.Schaffgotsch, Falkenbergae die natali Dedicattoris XXm Mai ?MDCCCLXXXII Carolus Illgner Parochus) be removed and the rest corr. acc. to Aneta's proposal?

If you cut the following part:
"et ex fundatione matris deluuclae Joannae Comiles sae de Praschma n.Comit.Schaffgotsch, Falkenbergae die natali Dedicattoris XXm Mai ?MDCCCLXXXII Carolus Illgner Parochus"
I would be able to translate it into Polish and will do it. Otherwise I won't do the translation, because of difficulty in deciphering this part..

The source should be changed this way (if the requester agrees):
"Hanc imaginem Assumptionis Beatae Mariae Virginis a Molitore Dusseldorfensi pictam pio animo dedicavit in memoriam Jubilaei exstraordinarii a Papa Leone XII.MDCCCLXXXI indicti Patronus huius ecclesiae Dominus Fridericus Comes de Praschma suis et parochi sumptibus"

I suppose that the question mark inside the text was added by requester, who wasn't sure of this part..., so I has removed it too.

Edits suggested for a request in a language we, admins, don't know, should be notified to an expert for the source language. S/he is the most suitable person to make the edits as long as the edits are needed, of course.
