Lingua originale: Hindi

परदेशीयों से ना, अखिँयां मिलाना
परदेशीयों को है, एक दिन जाना

हम ने यही एक बार किया था
एक परदेशी से प्यार किया था
ऐसे जलाए दिल जैसे परवाना

ये बाबुल का देश छुडाए
देश से ये परदेश बुलाए
हाए, सुने ना ये कोई बहाना

Don't fall in love with foreigners
because one day they will have to leave.

I once did the same thing
fell in love with a foreigner
and my heart got scourged

They make you leave your home
ask you to come over from your country to theirs
and will not accept any excuses.
Note sulla traduzione
(song is from the movie jab jab phool khilein)

They -> the foreigners
leave your home / leave your homeland

The text is almost translated right, technically. Some words dont fit the context, but thats alright in context. But I think one of the lines needs some editing. The line translated as 'call you to their place' literally means '(they) call you/ask you to come over from your country to theirs.'. I'm sorry, but I cant keep the thoughts coherent on a mobile screen. I hope you can get a better replacement now that I provided the literal meaning.

Hi! Thanks Coldbreeze! You did the best you could with the equipment you got!

Hi Lein! This translation, to be validated, needs to be displayed -line by line- the same way as the original. This is something we demand on

So according to Coldbreeze's edit the text should be displayed this way

Don't fall in love with foreigners
because one day they will have to leave.

I once did the same thing
fell in love with a foreigner
and my heart got scourged

They make you leave your home
ask you to come over from your country to theirs
and will not accept any excuses.

Thanks for mentioning about the punctuation Francky I forgot about that...Things as complex as translation are certainly hard to do on mobile.

Mistakes are part and parcel of life we really were in dire need of a Hindi translator, we dont get requests very often, but there's a huge backlog.
