"mais s'il vous plaît venir,..." is not correct in French, it makes this short proposition hardly translatable, because "venir" is an infinitive form, it is the same as if I was telling you in English : "but please, to come..." . So either it is " mais s'il vous plaît, venez" ("but please, come..." or "mais s'il vous plaît de venir" ("but if you'd like to come"...)

Looks like the guy is not a French native, or maybe did you erroneously type the text yourself?

Yes, you can translate it according to the English version, as this seem to be the only sense this text can make ever. Then as it is a "meaning only" translation I think the meaning was matched.
