I won't do the same as History about bridges here! (remember my comments that went with the last bridge I did?)

"History repeats itself" is the way I'd translate "l'histoire se répète" (now, see above)

p.s. We have a word "repeta" in Polish. It means "seconds"(additional meal/repeat) for this one who wants it.
