Here on cucumis, if a text is submitted and hasn't got diacritics, we set it on "meaning only" (when it isn't the requester's mother-tongue), and we demand these diacritics to be used if it is requester's mother-tongue.
I'm just asking because I'm here to let the rules be applied, with no exception.
