English

Target language: English

A man can advise, but he must not punish.
Men could be happy, but they have to search for hapiness.
A man can't fly, but he can dream.
Men could live fully, but they must know how to do it.
Men must appreciate life, they could decide between living plenty or into slavery, but they can't give up life, because it's a gift from God.

Hi,

I would change this to read A man instead of The man. The reason for this is in the English language when we are talking about one specific man we say The man, but if we are refering to men, or something that is manly, we would say "A man."

Best,

David

A request for an exact translation, in this case, would not be an exact translation...if you understand what I mean. It would be a laughable translaton which would indicate, to the reader, that the writer was illiterate.

I completely agree David, that's why I posted that comment in the remarks.
I'll edit it to the the correct thing, even though, it's not as "exact" as the requester may claim.
