Translation - Hindi-English - मेरे दिल का है

My wife sent this to me as a romantic expression. I'm sure it is very sweet and wonderful and I want to be able to reply, but I can't find a complete or accurate translation. Please help. Thank you!

"Mere dil ka hai ye kehna ham ko hai saath mein rehna. Mujhe tumse mohabbat hai"

The second line can also mean "We are/have to live together."
